1990 ==> Li Chuan imported the first Chikuwa-making machine
in Singapore from Japan.
In 1992 ==> Though export, we introduced
Chikuwa to people in Hong Kong. This was our first step towards
overseas market.
In 1994 ==> We imported another machine
from Japan to manufacture crabstick and scallop. This was the
first crabstick-making machine in Singapore then.
In 1995 ==> We extended our presence
to West Malaysia.
In 1996 ==> The first aggressive step towards globalisation,
Li Chuan took part in the "China Fisheries & Seafood
Expo" at Qing Dao, China.
In 1997 ==> We introduced 2 fully automated fishball and
fishcake manufacturing lines.
Visit by Myanmar minister to our factory.
In 2001 ==> Li Chuan was nominated the top 500 small-medium
enterprise of the year.
We attained the HALAL Certification for
all our manufactured products.
We participated in the " Best Food In Singapore 2001"
exhibition at Singapore Expo.
We exported our products to New Zealand.
In 2002 ==> We participated in the food exhibition held at
Singapore Expo.
In
2003 ==> We achieved HACCP certification for all the production
lines in the factory to ascertain our goal towards better food
quality management and safety control system.
Through innovation, we launched the healthier choice fish ball
to the market.
We set up a concept shop specialized in
selling our manufactured products like fish ball, fish
cake,
etc in Vancouver,
Canada to introduce our products to the local people.
